2009 Car Voucher Winner
The lucky winner of the 2009 campaign Car Voucher program is Jerimiah Rieman who works for the State of Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. The drawing was held on January 15, 2010 at KGWN TV 5 and the Cheyenne CW.
The winner of the $500.00 cash drawing is John Dinneen (not pictured), who was employed by Spradley Barr Motors, Inc. The cash drawing is held for employees of dealerships sponsoring the car voucher program, as the employees are not eligible for the car voucher drawing.

How it works...
A pledge of $156.00 or more to the 2009 campaign gives you one entry into the drawing. (Only $3.00 per week).
A pledge of $390.00 or more to the 2009 campaign gives you one entry into the drawing. (Only $7.50 per week).
A pledge of $546.00 or more to the 2009 campaign gives you one entry
into the drawing. (Only $10.50 per week).
A pledge of $1,092.00 or more to the 2009 campaign gives you one entry
into the drawing. (Only $21.00 per week).
Only four entries per person are permitted:
The first drawing will be at the 2009 Kickoff Event. There will be a weekly drawing every Friday at 10:00 a.m. beginning on October 2, 2009. There will be 12 weekly drawings for semifinalists.
If your name is drawn you will be contacted by phone. All 13 semi-finalists or their representatives will be invited to the Grand Prize Drawing to be hosted live in January 2010.
DRAWING RULES
1. THE GRAND PRIZE. The lucky winner will receive a voucher redeemable for the car of his/her choice up to $20,000.00 from any of the three Laramie County dealerships: Spradley Barr Motors, Inc., Halladay Motors, Inc., or KIA of Cheyenne. The $20,000.00 voucher will be presented to the individual holding the winning ticket and has no cash value beyond the total price of the vehicle chosen by the winner. The vehicle chosen must be in stock. The voucher is redeemable up through June 30, 2010. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. The $20,000.00 car voucher has NO CASH VALUE.
2. WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Anyone who donates $156.00 or more to the 2009 United Way of Laramie County campaign by noon on January 8, 2010.
3. THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING will gather the 13 semi-finalists or their representatives in January. One semi-finalist will go home a winner.
4. VERIFICATION. The winner’s pledge card will serve as verification of his/her drawing entry. United Way reserves the right, at any time, to verify the pledge is being paid.
5. REQUIREMENTS. The winner is required to pay all applicable taxes and/or fees relating to this transaction. The winner grants United Way of Laramie County permission to use his/her name and photograph in its marketing and publicity.
6. DRAWING RULES. If there are any questions or concerns on the rules, please contact the United Way of Laramie County at 638-8904.
7. AGREEMENT. The winner will be required to sign a release and hold harmless agreement in favor of Spradley Barr Motors, Inc., Halladay Motors, Inc., or KIA of Cheyenne, and United Way of Laramie County and their respective agents and employees.
$500.00 CASH DRAWING RULES FOR DEALERSHIP EMPLOYEES

United Way of Laramie County staff, board members, campaign chairs, and employees of sponsors and their immediate families are NOT eligible.
