The Call For Partners (CFP) for the 2012-2013 funding cycle has been posted and the application deadline reached. Please return to the website at a later date for the specific list of approved program partners.
Responses to the CFP and the Invitation For Proposal (IFP) that are late or incomplete will not be reviewed by the Community Investment Teams (CITs) and will not be considered for funding. Agencies must receive an IFP following the CFP in order to be considered for funding.

Human Services Advisory Council
Human Services Advisory Council refines Human Services Funding/Delivery Systems to better address community needs for both the City of Cheyenne and Laramie County. United Way of Laramie County is under contract with the City of Cheyenne and Laramie County government to oversee the Human Services Advisory Council to manage the human services portions of the 5th Penny Tax. * Initiate a common grant application process
* Conduct joint hearings on funding requests
* Establish policy recommendations concerning future funding and delivery of human services proposals to the appropriate governing bodies
* This council develops and proposes both long and short-term improvements to increase the efficiency in human service program delivery as well as maximize the effectiveness of the funding available for human services
* The council works to establish and recommend both current-year and multi-year funding priorities by combining the most comprehensive problem solving efforts with the appropriate agencies
