Work with businesses that have employee campaigns from meeting the CEO, helping the company Coordinator with the campaign, presentations, follow-up until the packet is turned in.
32 accounts/4 LEs
Each LE would have eight accounts
- Current Accounts-first tier
LE works individual accounts beginning to end; meet the decision maker, deliver packet and follow-up through pick-up. These companies have given in prior years.
48 accounts/8 LEs
Each LE has six accounts
- Current Accounts-second tier
These accounts are the smaller companies and have given in prior years. We will have a group delivery day in September and try to see as many decision-makers during walk-in stops. A follow-up call after the delivery of the packet, a handwritten note in November and one more call.
60 accounts/8 LEs work in four pairs to deliver then split the follow-up work.
- Government Campaign support
These LEs would call each department coordinator to thank them and offer support. The LE would work with Marketing Director Amy Bennett to schedule Speaker’s Bureau presentations if requested. This job would be good for someone to work mostly from their desk. We need one person for the State, City, County, School District campaigns.
4 LEs
Each LE would have one government campaign and about 30 phone calls.
- New Outreach & Loss Recovery
These LEs will work with Campaign Coordinator, and this job is for the persistent salesperson who will keep on calling. This work would include prospect brainstorming, so assignments would be according to the willingness of these LEs.
20 LEs—NOTE: This area will be a priority for 2010, so we are recruiting 20 LEs.
