Designation Policy

For your convenience, you can donate online by clicking the button on the left. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express or Discover through PayPal Secure Payments.
Contact our office if you would like to arrange automatic withdrawal or invoice, or pay by credit card (not using the online method). We can set you up for a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual cycle.
Email your pledge form to us. You can choose the options listed in choice #2.
To make a direct gift, you can mail personal or cashier’s check to: United Way of Laramie County, 1401 Airport Parkway Suite 220, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Please include your phone number in case we have questions, and make a notation in the memo portion of your check regarding designation if you have a specific preference.
NOTE: Don’t forget the Car Voucher program. If you donate at least $156.00 you can enter the drawing for $20,000 toward the purchase of a vehicle at one of the participating dealerships.
