This must not be older than 45 days, and can be either of the following: Current rent receipt showing name and address, utility bill (water, electricity, phone, cable) showing name and address, Proof of Income (current pay stub, child support documentation, social security award letter, etc.), Food Stamp Printout(s) showing every adult (over 18) in the household – (even if you do not receive Food Stamps) available at DFS office front desk
